MINDFUL MUSIC GIGS

Our first gig: Just Because It’s January…. An Evening of Global Sounds! What a wonderful evening at The Gallery Cafe with Garwe, Yujin and Nrthstr. Thank you to the audience, cafe staff, volunteers and of course the musicians!

Not only were their performances beautiful, but each musician shared their own story around music and it’s positive benefits on the communities they have lived in and worked with. And even the cafe staff commented on what a respectful and warm audience we had. So thank you to everyone for coming and making the event such a special one.

Cause: We raised £250 which will ensure Mindful Music can widen our reach in the community, ensuring that we work with the most vulnerable of children using music and mindfulness to build self-control to improve social and academic outcomes.
